Mares ROV Search and Rescue/Recovery service can assist in challenging underwater environments to search, locate, and retrieve lost equipment or assist in emergency situations.

With our ROV’s 4k 12 mega pixel sensor camera, 5000 lumen LED floodlights, and a remotely controlled robotic arm, we can assist in search, rescue, and retrieval operations even in complete dark and at depths of 330ft (100 m).

While scuba diving services are limited by time, depth, and some water conditions (temperature, pollutants, biological/chemical hazards), our underwater ROVs can stay and work in the water for up to 5 hours, covering a larger area in a single search and rescue/retrieval attempt, thus facilitating recovery operations.

MARES also provide specialized support for underwater maritime archaeological survey, research, documentation, and salvage/recovery planning.
